REFUND POLICY

In general, digital content purchased from us is not returnable due to the nature of the products. Digitally downloaded ebooks are instant products and are impossible to truly refund unless a zip file or Word.doc is corrupted.  We check every file before it is downloaded and we strive to ensure that our ebook files are up-to-date and not damaged in any way.  If you are having trouble receiving, opening or reading your ebook, please contact us.  Each ebook is plainly described for content and size.

Any physical book, booklet, pamphlet or CD that is received by the customer and is plainly damaged or incorrect must be returned unopened within 30 days for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping). 

 PRIVACY POLICY

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
